因為今天完全不能做任何事
所以留在家休息
真的希望不要受傷啦

總共行了800 steps only

今天rest day要預備星期日第一次evening session 所以早上決定打掃做家務 做完家務吃完lunch就去附近的deaf cafe grand opening 非常開心在家附近10分鐘路程開了間新cafe cafe owner是deaf所以希望可以在這練下bsl啦...
